Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your Role and Responsibilities :
Contract Commercial Manager (CCM) facilitates the management of contract activities to achieve gross profit and other contract performance targets.


Activities may include:
-execution of the Program Management System (PgMS) to deliver commercial requirements and business objectives for the assigned accounts
-managing contract performance measurements
-measuring performance against plan to optimize profit contribution
-ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of the particular
contract involved and adherence to standard processes and global tools
- managing both internal and external stakeholders and helping to orchestrate different functions to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- managing risks to the contract's business objectives
executing the last steps of the commercial transactions (invoicing and payment tracking) whilst supporting quality and service standards and supporting the Client Partner Executive (CPE) and Delivery Partner Executive (DPE)
-This role also provides advisory support to the Client Partner Executive (CPE) and Opportunity Owner (OO) on pre-sales activities and requires knowledge of the customer environment as well as strong relationships with the customer.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration or related field
• As a minimum requirement previously proven 2+ years of experience in Commercial, Financial or Project Management role
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Good Excel skills
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Proactive attitude, self-driven, motivation
• Good problem-solving skills, stress and conflict management
• Excellent ability to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining control of operations and client support
• Ability to develop strong client relationships, leverage professional networks
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
