If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the UI/UX Designer in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!
Kyndryl seeks a UI/UX Designer to join the CIO Quote to Cash (Q2C) organization. The UI/UX Designer will have to engage closely with our Product Owner and Development team to drive and transform the solutioning experience. In this role, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our internal clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Demonstrating good team spirit with the ability and desire to communicate with people across all levels in our company who have varying levels of technological experience and domain experience.
- Consistently demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good time-management skills.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous upskilling and lifelong learning.
The salary range starts at 2.500 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
