Kyndryl Slovakia is dedicated to support Ukrainian nationals in search of employment in Slovakia. In this process, we utilize the simplified process of ensuring all requisite permits are in place as regulated by the Government of the Slovak Republic.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
We are looking for CMS supporting one of the the biggest Kyndryl clients in Germany, Allianz.
Main responsibilities:
- Monthly closing activities related to baseline, dispute & deliverables management.
- Prepare, evaluate & present results of the monthly baseline activities.
- Monthly delivery of required reports.
- Acquirement of required tools set (SAP, COSY, CCDB, MS Excel, etc.).
- Maintenance of the CCDB translation tables (set up of new resource units, adjustment of prices per contract, set up of clustering, etc.).
- Support & provide advisory to the customer, your Contract Commercial Managers, and your stakeholders (CPEs & DPEs).
- Active participation on internal & external interlocks with your team, aligned functions, other departments, stakeholders & customer.
- Implementation of contractual changes.
- Full understanding of the whole contract & understanding of role and impact in the end-to-end lead to cash flow.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- fluency in business English language
- advanced level of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- analytical thinking & attention to details
- team player attitude with focus on enhancing the team collaboration - - using the agile methodology
- ability to work under pressure
- experience in client facing environment
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- business German language is advantage
- previous experience with data validation
- SQL & Power BI skills
