Job description, responsibilities and duties
Kyndryl Slovakia is dedicated to support Ukrainian nationals in search of employment in Slovakia. In this process, we utilize the simplified process of ensuring all requisite permits are in place as regulated by the Government of the Slovak Republic.
The responsibilities of the Project administrator for Kyndryl UKI team (GTS services) is composed by:
The validation of the mandatory data provided by the sales team or internal Kyndryl team
Preparing data insertion to the system
Importing data to the system on worknumber/project number level
Terminating, adjusting or creating new contracts in the system
The second step of the process is the creation of the billing and release of the invoicing towards the internal or external clients. The role is a complex Project administration support containing problem solving, complex communication with the clients, Kyndryl team and Technical support teams to achieve the solution.
