Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking to recruit at the earliest possibility and on a full-time Office Manager and Sales Support Assistant (m/f/d) with unlimited contract. The position is located at KWS Semena s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovakia.
Your tasks:
■ General administrative- and organizational tasks
■ Incoming invoice management (Scanning, approving, etc.)
■ HR Administration support (Documenting of agreements in purchased equipment (IT), keys, cards, etc. (Entrance/Exit procedure))
■ Support in organization of trainings such as English courses (from time to time)
■ Office Management (Office supplies, Post, etc.)
■ Work safety, health, fire, electricity, etc., legally required topics - third parties communication and managing
■ Sales support and Supply Chain Assistance (Managing Directors assistance, Preparation various reports and documents)
■ Responsible for actively developing and maintaining the CRM system: coordinating sales team and management
■ Professional organization of appointments, meetings, business trips and events
■ Preparation of agreements and contracts
■ Collecting and entering sales orders to the internal system
■ Interface between several functions
Your profile:
■ Very good time management and organizational skills
■ Able to prioritize tasks and to work under pressure
■ Adaptability, quick understanding, open and communicative character
■ Languages: Fluent in English, native in Slovakian
■ Work experience in administration
■ Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
■ Good analytical, numeric and communication skills
