Job description, responsibilities and duties

We´re looking for a new colleague to cover all duties of advanced and efficient administrative support to our CEO as follows:

• communication and business correspondence with the business partners and regional colleagues also in English, provide translations and outsourced professional translations,
• organization and coordination of internal and external meetings (including agenda, materials, refreshments), take minutes and process outputs,
• business travel arrangements,
• National Manager extensive diary and calendar management,
• cooperation with HR and marketing department regarding the internal communication,
• responsible for CSR activities in cooperation with HR,
• support with organizing company events,
• support with corporate/regional projects implemented locally,
• support with company social web,
• professional administrative duties (e.g. support with presentations),
• hospitality
• deputizing the Office Manager & covering duties of office reception.

There is a possibility to perform this job role full-time or part-time (30-40 h/week) upon mutual agreement.
