Job description, responsibilities and duties
Based in Bratislava office in Polus Tower II, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact and manage the reception and common areas as follows:
• responsible for the professional appearance of reception and meeting rooms
• taking care of visitors, handling incoming calls
• mail and electronic mail management - registration, distribution
• organizing and preparing refreshments for planned workshops, trainings and meetings
• accomodation and meeting rooms reservation for visitors and employees
• communication with cleaning company
• working with internal CRM system
• ordering office supplies, business cards, refreshment
• taking care of parking cards database, shell cards
• archiving contracts in the database
• managing employee inventory cards
• administrative and organizational support for division managers
• deputizing the Office Manager during absence
• able to work during fix working hours 8:00-16:30
