Job description, responsibilities and duties

Based in the new Bratislava office in Polus Tower 2, the successful candidate will support the General Manager and manage the secretariat as follows:
• Communicating and coordinating activities regarding the senior management agenda and key staff
• Organizing and responsible for the smooth running of the secretariat
• Responsible for the professional appearance of common areas
• Communicating and business correspondence in English, translating and outsourcing professional translations
• Planning and efficient administrative and secretarial support
• Organizing internal and external meetings, preparing materials for management meetings, taking minutes, preparing PowerPoint presentations

The successful candidate will be also responsible for the office management:
• Ordering and distributing office and stationary supplies
• Fleet management - purchase, maintenance, service appointments
• Mobile phones - ordering, consumption analysis
• Coordinating maintenance and cleaning company
• Registration and archiving of company contracts
• Support with organizing company events
• Deputizing the Receptionist in case of sick leave and holiday

University education (Bachelor's degree)

• Min. of 2 years of experience in a similar position required
• Excellent professional communication skills - verbal and written, ability to communicate in a diverse environment on a professional level
• Excellent written and spoken English and Slovak

• Independent and initiative personality, self motivated with a hands-on approach
• Organized and detail oriented personality
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office is a must
• High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Excellent level of managing own tasks
