Job description, responsibilities and duties

The emlpoyee on this position will:
• support the Headquarter at
- process audits according to VDA 6.3 at local suppliers (planning and realizing)
- supplier visits, claims, quality issues, evaluation, Q alerts, sampling, changes
- the development of processes and tools
• support the assigned plants at supplier claims, escalation, processes, tools and trainings
• organize regular meetings in the assigned plants to ensure the implementation of processes and tools
• manage escalations, supplier discussions based on the escalation processes and on the results of the global supplier monitoring and evaluation

Personality requirements and skills

• Experience in quality management with a focus on supplier chain management in the automotive industry
• Experience in auditing in the automotive industry (VDA 6.3, ISO TS 16949)
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Independence, self-confidence and analytical way of thinking
• High flexibility and willingness to travel abroad (min. 50%)
• Good communication and organizational skills
