Responsibilities and duties
• English skills- fluent speaker, advanced/upper intermediate
• Ability to travel across Slovakia and EU
• Excellent time management and ability to set the goals and focus points
• At least 2 years retail experience ( Shop manager /assistant shop manager)
• The ideal trainer will possess in depth knowledge of our product, company background and strategy
• He/she knows how to deal with difficult business situations
• Customer service is core essence of being the trainer
• The ideal trainer should be friendly, fun and above all passionate. Innovation, self- development and self-drive are core elements.
• He/she knows how to lead and motivate the people. Couching and supporting the team is essential
• The ideal trainer cannot simply wait for the direction, he/she creates the way of effective work
• Optimistic and honest behavior is must have
• Professional communication skills
