KPMG in Slovakia is currently looking for a passionate new team member for our People, Performance and Culture (PPC) team, to support activities related to performance and career development, talent management, provide guidance on processes and compliance.

What we are looking for:
• Self-driven, resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management techniques including analytical skills, time management, prioritisation, organisation and evaluative skills.
• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources/HR Business Partnering.
• Deep knowledge of Slovak Labor Law and related regulations.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Proactiveness and reliability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Slovak, and organizational skills.
• Listens and asks questions for understanding.
• Responsibility, professionalism, and flexibility to changing priorities.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Power Point, Outlook, MS Teams, Excel.

Your role:
• As an HR Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating performance management program, organizing employee performance development and evaluation process, cooperating in preparation of development plans.
• Be responsible for the assessment of impact and annual refinement of processes.
• Provide guidance to the business on organizational and developmental needs.
• Advise on HR related issues in line with statutory laws and company guidelines.
• Coordinate various internal HR projects in the area of people development and performance.
• Ensure an understanding of business strategy and implement HR best practices.
