Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will be part of the Transaction Advisory team and will participate in projects for our clients in:

 Valuation of companies for purchase or sale, mergers, joint ventures, reorganization or financial investment evaluation;

 Financial modeling, preparation and evaluation of business plans;

 Experience with the processing of impairment tests as well as the allocation of the purchase price under IFRS 3 is welcome.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

 At least 3 years experience in financial advisory (corporate finance), investment banking, corporate banking, M&A;

 Good knowledge of IFRS, Slovak reporting and corporate income tax;

 Experience with Bloomberg / Reuters or other similar tools is an advantage;

 Team management experience leading less experienced colleagues;

 A Team player with high level of commitment, attention to detail and a long-term commitment to professionalism.
