Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

The successful candidate will become an integral part of Deal Advisory team and will participate on projects including, but not limited to:
▪ Mergers and acquisitions, disposals, negotiations and acquisition support
▪ Valuations for transactions involving the sale or purchase of companies, mergers, joint ventures, re- organizations and statutory purposes
▪ Financial modelling, the preparation and evaluation of business plans and feasibility studies
▪ Restructuring of existing capital or debt structures

Responsibilities:
▪ Providing engagement support to all senior team members and managers
▪ Taking ownership of all research, both primary and secondary
▪ Providing insightful analytical inputs for the project (market and industry sector)
▪ Producing articulate and concise reports on the findings of the research, taking ownership of the production of final reports
▪ Preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial models
