We are currently looking for Senior Recruiter with manufacturing experience to be based on site our Client in Kouřim. During that time, you will be supporting creation of new production line and other recruitment needs. It is a challenging opportunity to work within global recruitment company, supporting well known Swiss brand.
Working within our client based RPO team, you will be responsible for building and extending the client relationships. You will be providing excellent end-to-end recruitment process for life science & manufacturing Swiss company. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activity.
Responsibilities:
Working in the role you will be required to:
* Manage the client recruitment process for RPO or project recruitment delivery
* Develop & implement sourcing strategies & channels to build relevant talent pools
* Hold responsibility for day to day interaction with Managers and HR Business Partner
* Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies
* Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process.
* Become a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems

* Ideally an interest in production – related roles, with addition of office managerial roles
* Fluency in English and Czech languages
* The end to end recruitment process experience, with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies on challenging market
* Excellent senior stakeholder managements skills
* Demonstrable experience of adding value to recruitment processes
