We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who is as performance-oriented as analytical and skilled, with a strong passion for growth marketing and social media – all while prioritizing brand integrity.

As time progresses, the market gets quite saturated, bringing a lot of challenges – especially for marketing. This is the time when Kontentino needs you to pursue a strong marketing strategy, sharpen our differentiation, search for new growth channels and bring a strong emphasis on execution to make it stand out from the crowd of competitors.
What’s your focus?
- Leader:Be a leader who both supports and also challenges the established team of 5 talented professionals.
- User Acquisition Campaigns:Design and execute innovative user acquisition campaigns that bring high-quality leads and eventually become our clients.
- Content Marketing:Oversee the creation of compelling and valuable content that targets key customer segments. This can involve blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content – all highlighting the unique uses and benefits of Kontentino.
- Social Media & Innovation:Stay on top of all social media news, all tech innovations, and share the findings with the company.
- Strategy Building:Be a valuable asset in the company's strategic decision-making. Contribute to topics such as pricing, product roadmap, and exchange knowledge with our CSM and Product team regarding trends and customer insights.
- Customer Insight & Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy to deepen engagement with our existing customers and attract new ones. This also includes tailoring content and campaigns to various segments of the audience.
- Brand Positioning and Messaging:Refine and communicate a clear and unique value proposition for Kontentino that distinguishes it from competitors. This involves strategic messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and clarity in how the market perceives Kontentino.
- Partnership and Collaboration Development:Identify and foster strategic partnerships with other SaaS companies, agencies, and influencers in the digital marketing space.
- Data-Driven Optimization:Implement a data-driven approach to marketing strategy and execution. This involves continuous testing and optimization of marketing tactics and channels based on performance data in order to ensure the highest ROI on marketing spend.

What experience should you have?
- 2+ years of experiencein the same or similar role in SaaS / e-commerce / marketing agencies, with 5+ years of marketing experience in total
- Experience & Overview -in all marketing channels (performance, brand, social media, SEO, content marketing, cold outreach…)
- Proof of results in acquisition activities- You are able to measure and present the results of your activities andjustify your marketing budget
- It’s an advantage to have experience and passion insales.
- Being passionate about social media plays in your favor.
- Performance focused.This is a no-brainer. Having a good understanding of online lead gen through performance is a must.
- Experimental.We are looking for a non-traditional thinker, tester, and artist not scared of new ways and challenges.
- Collaborative.You will work with all departments, specifically Product, Customer Success, and CEO.
- On-hand attitude (adequate for small marketing team).
- You have the ‘yes, we can’ and ‘yes, it is possible’ attitude.
