The main role of the project manager is:
Responsibility for the technical issues, costing and timing of the project.
PM manage projects related to customized complex equipments – production lines for tire technologies.
Non-standard situations immediately communicates, solves, equips, escalates.
Considers the risks and search has an alternative solution, a backup solution.
Communication with the customer during the project, implementation of changes in the project and customer requirements.
Reporting the progress, status and results of project to the management and customer.
Project evaluation and obtaining customer feedback.
