Our Key Account Management team is looking for a new member. :)
Your main job role will consist of:
• Overall responsibility for the management and results for existing customers
• Relationship building with new and existing key customers of Konica Minolta (80% is farming and 20% is acquisition)
• Identifying trends and develop strategies to outperform the competition
• Project management – the responsibility for the successful implementation
• Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process
• Spotting the market opportunities for new customers and advising the team on the trends in the area

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills
• At least 5 years of proven working experience with key accounts (ideally in the field of systems integration or ITS)
• English language on advanced level is a must
• Focus on relationship building, proven achievements in acquiring of the new key client
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-Starter – ability to execute and implement changes
• Strategic thinking in sales and business development
• Drive and initiative, self-motivated, results and actions oriented person
• Winning approach and positive thinking
• English language on advanced level is a must
