Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of this position is responsibility for entrusted production process in terms of technological procedure, implementation of changes to the process, production process optimization. Primary role is to maintain and improve the system of quality checks in the process, in order to minimize the delivery of faulty products to customers.

Main duties:
- Definition, development and implementation of new production processes with suitable documentation (including line layout) with respect to the requirements of OHS and environmental protection.
- Creating and maintaining current documentation in the workplace.
- Creating BOM & routing in SAP.
- Management of PFMEA process.
- Carrying out capability study.
- Taking participation in design evaluation, feasibility study, VAVE projects.
- Taking participation in NPI, PIP projects.
- Identification & implementation of process improvement.
- Carrying out root cause analysis & implementation of corrective measures.
- Identification of alternatives of production process or products, cooperation with R&D.
- Management of 8D processes.
- Taking participation in Kaizen activities.
- Taking participation in quality audits.
- Preparing technical specification for equipment, tools and machines.
- Defining and processing process parameters.
