Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist who will be located in Vrable, Slovakia. Their primary responsibility will be to supervise all aspects of personnel management functions, successfully implement projects and systems for the management of human resources in the company.
Responsibilities:

- Providing line managers and other employees with consultancy in matters of the Labor Code and related legislation.
- Implementation of projects and tasks assigned by the HR manager or work related to assigning of projects set by the corporation.
- Processing of reports and analysis.
- Taking part in proposal, creation and updating of policies and guidelines related to the human resources management.
- Responsibility for identification of personnel needs and recruitment of new employees.
- Keeping personnel agendas of employees.
- Building effective ways to communicate with employees
- Monitoring and ensuring statistics data and other information related to the Labor Code, work guidelines, job market conditions
- Preparing materials for the payroll accounting department.
