Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main Objectives
Responsible to seek top talents. Source, screen, assess and present top talents. Ensure a strong candidate pipeline (internal and external) through several recruiting channels. Establish a strong candidate experience.
Area of Responsibility
* Source, screen, assess and present candidates.
* Maintain and develop internal database to track and tag internal and external candidates.
* Use sourcing methods like Social Media, employee referrals, networking, recruiting events
* Establish a strong sourcing process to ensure a great candidate experience.
* Benchmark sourcing activities with other companies.
* Define search strategy and target lists.
* Ensure efficient sourcing processes.
* Provide regular reporting.
* Candidate communication.
* Issue contracts for final candidates.
* Administration and execution of new hire orientations.
* Manage the HR Service function and ensure high service delivery and execution.
* Ownership of HR Master data; secure accuracy and current data
* Produce regular reports, metrics and analysis, including communication, trend analysis and recommendations for Business Partners.
