Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Processing agent you will be working closely with KONE colleagues abroad on creating customers, equipments, contracts or billing documents in our system and manage and update the data. You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life.

• Contract administration | Master data management | Billing
• Back-reporting or other processes of the SSC scope.
• Validate the documentation provided and enter the data in SAP system
• Execute quality checks at various stages of the process and keep the quality statistics up to date

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
