As KONE Sourcing Specialist you will be supporting our Talent Acquisition Managers and Specialists in Belgium in sourcing activities. You will take ownership and proactively search and source candidates for our operative roles, perform phone screenings and schedule interviews for the best candidates.

You will be part of a great team of professionals who work together to improve the flow of urban life.

What will you do?

Create and maintain job postings
Search for candidates on Social Media and Local Job portals
Manage candidate pools and create shortlists of suitable profiles
Talk to potential candidates to discuss experience and aspirations
Organize interviews and assessments
Be a partner for our great TA team in Belgium and part of our friendly team of Talent Sourcers in Slovakia

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent French (minimum C1 level, preferably C2)
Fluent English (minimum B2)
A can-do approach
Social media & Internet search savvy
Strong drive to succeed and to win together
Excellent communication skills, including ability to listen and ask relevant questions
Good selling skills
Self discipline and good organizational skills
