Solution Design Owner Purchase to Pay

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Own the IT solution design for Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Work in close collaboration with the stakeholders to influence, collect and manage business demand and requirements for your responsibility area
• Act as main contact for business in KONE IT for Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Turn requirements to specification and manage development and testing to final solution together with our implementation partner
• Support solution road mapping and backlog prioritization with solution owner
• Support the roll-out and key user competence development of the solutions in your responsibility area
• Contribute in development projects in Purchase to Pay, Accounts Receivable and Collections
• Be our “ears and eyes” about coming legal changes in Purchase to Pay area

Personality requirements and skills

• M.Sc. or B.Sc. or equivalent level education
• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in Purchase to Pay area
• End-to-end process and technical solution understanding
• Knowledge of PtP (FICO) in SAP or similar
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, innovative, ability think out of the box and self-driven
• Very good collaboration and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and also in virtual teams in a multicultural environment
• Ability to take decisions on your own
• To be able to travel 10-20% of your time
