Process Analyst

At KONE, we improve the flow of urban life by shaping smarter and more sustainable cities. To support this mission, we are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and motivated Process Analyst to join our KBS Nordics team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and contributing to stable, efficient processes in an international environment.


What you will do

• Manage and resolve operational cases by identifying recurring issues, analyzing root causes, and providing actionable quality insights based on data interpretation.
• Coordinate communication and alignment between Frontline and Supply Line teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and smooth end‑to‑end process flow.
• Create Quality Feedbacks in SAP to support supervisors in ordering the correct materials
• Validate and analyze case data using SAP, FIORI, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Review and approve invoices while safeguarding Frontline teams from unnecessary costs.
• Maintain and monitor Power BI dashboards to prevent delays and additional costs.
• Lead regular alignment calls with stakeholders and ensure timely case follow-up and closure.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean UX practices

What you bring

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in operational, process-driven, or case-based work.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and analyze root causes.
• Ability to work confidently with multiple systems and data sources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts).
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage.
• Clear and practical communication style with a solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an international and remote working environment.

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.600Eur/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
