We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our KONE Business Services (KBS) center in Bratislava. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for providing critical administrative support to our customer and service teams. Your team will manage requests related to contract, equipment, and billing data inputs in SAP, ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and LEAN thinking.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of ticketed requests, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning priorities and enabling smooth collaboration.

Identify and implement opportunities to enhance processes using Lean methodologies to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.

• Apply Lean UX principles to improve service workflows, prioritizing customer-centric solutions and quick iterations.
• Provide expertise and hands-on assistance with operational tasks and major projects as needed.
• Promote a mindset of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback loops, and data-driven decision-making
