Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would help our French recruitment team to find and recruit the best talent supporting them throughout the whole process and be a strong communication partner internally as well as externally.

What will be your daily responsibilities?

You will by mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in France with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:

- CV analysis and candidate research
- Managing candidate pools
- Phone Pre-screening of candidates
- Booking interviews & assessments
- Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters
- Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system
- Working closely together with other HR colleagues to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1550 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

French - Advanced (C1) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
