We are looking for an experienced leader to lead our French Billing Team of 10 – 15 people
Your scope of responsibilities will cover:
- Managing the day-to-day activities and setting clear team goals
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires and motivates the team
- Supporting your team's professional development
- Participating and/or leading projects
- Inspiring and engaging the team to reach high performance
- Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers
- Reporting KPIs
- Be a key contact person for our French speaking colleagues
