Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our international Business services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member on a part-time basis, who would help our KONE branches abroad helping them to administratively support their business process (from contract creation up to the billing part). In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our KONE brand and processes in front of our customers and thus help to improve the flow of urban life in the world.
What would be your daily responsibilities?
- Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests
- Administrating and modifying important contracts (in SAP)
- Managing master data and analyzing potential errors (in MS Excel)
- Supporting billing/invoicing process to ensure end-to-end process
- Providing back-reporting and quality checks
- Attending meetings and calls, teamwork
