Job description, responsibilities and duties

For our KONE Shared Service in Bratislava we are currently seeking HR Specialist for Learning and Onboarding to join our international team of great colleagues.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality services in HR and learning areas for our Employees and work together with colleagues from business. You will partner with HR and Managers to ensure the best onboarding experience and continuous upskilling of our Employees, that supports KONE’s current and future business needs, engages and motivates employees and makes KONE a great place to work.

Your Responsibilities will be mainly focusing on two areas:

KSC training organization & administration:

Management of KSC Bratislava trainings
Preparation and regular update of Training Calendar
Presentation of new trainings & webinars to Leadership group
Active participation and support in preparing the development programs such as: License to Lead, Leadership Academy, License to Operate and webinars
Communication with internal and external training providers, monitoring trainings attendance and feedbacks data, organization of meetings & sending invites
Competence assessment monitoring
Management of administration connected to trainings, e-learnings and internal training tool

HR Administration:

Month-end attendance closing & monitoring of sick leaves & absences
Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of relocation process associated to foreigners & admin work related to work permits, prolongation of work permits, registrations at UPSVAR, etc.
Onboarding program & Organization of mandatory medical checks
Participation in various local HR initiatives and projects
React as a back up to other team members in case of need
What we would like you to bring:

Previous experience in HR administration and training coordination area
Basic knowledge of Slovak labor law
Excellent communications skills, good presentation skills, good time management and work organizational skills
Fluent in Slovak and English
Proactivity, positive attitude, and CAN-DO approach
Experience in working for a multinational organization in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

The Global Indirect Sourcing team is a team of Sourcing Category managers that defines and implements sourcing roadmaps and manages global suppliers in joint cooperation with business and with KONE’s country based sourcing teams. Indirect sourcing covers all spend categories that keep KONE running as a company but to not directly related to products and services sold to customers.
