We are looking for an experienced Team leader to lead our French Billing Team of 10 – 15 people.

Your scope of responsibilities will cover:
• Managing the team's work distribution and work load
• Executing given tasks
• Supporting your team's professional development
• Setting targets and monitoring team's progress
• Participating and/or leading projects
• Developing your team
• Inspiring and engaging the team to reach high performance
• Solving in-coming daily business together with your team and peers
• Reporting KPIs
• Be a key contact person for our French speaking colleagues

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Office - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

• Active French and English language (C1 level)
• Experience in organizing and leading a team for at least 2 years

Indirect sourcing covers all spend categories that keep KONE running as a company but to not directly related to products and services sold to customers.
