Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsible for providing telephone diagnostic technical support of software.
Active guidance and online maintenance for internal customers of Vienna Insurance Group .
Helpful and polite dealing with customers.
Identifying , analysing and prioritizing of customer problems.
Documentation of the problems in the support solution database.
Creating and issuing of reports, testing applications and interfaces.
Participating in departmental training activities.
