Technical Writer

Koger, the world's leading provider of fund administration software solutions, seeks talented and motivated candidate to fill Technical Writer position. We are looking for someone who can communicate complex information clearly, concisely and accurately in working with our development team to:
• Provide technical and functional documentation that will facilitate communication between developers and business and quality assurance analysts
• Provide drafts to technical writers for creating end-user documentation

Tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Creating technical and functional documentation for internal or external developer audiences, such as API reference documents, developer guides, process flow and functional diagrams, and installation and configuration manuals
• Editing, clarifying, and proofreading documents written by others
• Coaching non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills
