Information about the position
What will you be in charge of?
Serving as the primary contact partner for our French-speaking customers via phone and email (inbound only, with around 90% phone communication).
Advising and supporting customers regarding our product portfolio, orders, and the returns process.
Acting as the first-level contact and preparing customer inquiries for the Back Office.
Managing our customer service operations on marketplaces like Amazon and eBay.
Handling the post-processing and accurate documentation of all customer inquiries.
Cooperating and communicating closely with our internal departments.
