We are looking for a driven and success-oriented individual to build and execute a cohesive branding strategy for our social media and influencer channels. The primary focus is to grow brand awareness for "Klarstein" in a measurable way, with additional support for company as an employer brand.
Beyond social media and influencer channels, they will also drive campaigns and activities aimed at boosting brand awareness.

We are looking for a driven and success-oriented individual to build and execute a cohesive branding strategy for our social media and influencer channels. The primary focus is to grow brand awareness for "Klarstein" in a measurable way, with additional support for company as an employer brand.
Beyond social media and influencer channels, they will also drive campaigns and activities aimed at boosting brand awareness.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing branding strategies on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok.
- Owning the process of strategy planning and media buying for established Klarstein brand.
- Contributing to the setup and improvement of brand team processes.
YOUR ROLE
- Proven working experience in branding and social media, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce.
- Experience as a Social Media Manager, Brand Strategist, or in a similar senior role.
- Ability to develop and execute communication strategies across digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with campaign implementation on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong project management skills and comfort working towards deadlines.
- Comfortable with numbers, metrics, budgets, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to create and optimize processes.
- Translate brand strategies into social media plans with measurable milestones.
- Measure and report the performance of campaigns against their KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Co-develop a global branding strategy.
