Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Implement and adapt the Kistler Software Development Process (SDP) in cooperation with the Project Manager (PM) and Product Owner (PO).
  • Assist the PO and PM with techniques for communicating the product vision and the intended use of the project.
  • Aid the PO and development team with techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
  • Ensure transparency and visibility of the team's progress, obstacles, and successes to all stakeholders, including the Product Owner and the team itself.
  • Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Promote ownership for tasks and responsibilities within the team.
  • Help remove impediments to both progress and the application of Scrum.
  • Act as a mediator to manage interpersonal conflicts within the development team.
  • Support and facilitate unambiguous and timely communication between business and technical participants in the project.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

What we expect from you

Must have:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Work experience in agile Software Engineering - 5+ years
  • Experience with Scrum - 3+ years
  • Agile mindset
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAFe
  • Past experience as software developer in agile environment
  • Experience with embedded software development
