Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of the Position
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and smooth organization of learning activities and special HR projects. He/she is the contact person for employees, managers and internal and external trainers on the subject of training and onboarding.
Main Tasks
• Coordination, communication and administration of training courses in the SuccessFactors learning module, LinkedIn Learning Administrato
• Maintenance and further development of the training platform in SuccessFactors: Ensuring all LMS functionalities / maintenance of the internal wiki page / support and, if necessary, training of (global) key users
• Global annual planning of internal standard trainings (according to local needs, creation of quantity structure)
• Carrying out and evaluating the annual training needs analysis, contact person for employees and managers for the right training selection
• L&D communication activities, e.g. via Beekeeper, Infoboard and ensuring internal training marketing
• Coordination of internal and external trainers, support organization and preparation of trainings remotely, onsite for KBL
• Consolidation of feedback and creation of reports and analyses
