Job description, responsibilities and duties
Purpose of the Position
Support the Bratislava Travel Management team with booking of business travels. Participate in the roll-out of Travelperk tool and the integration of other locations.
Main Tasks
- Processing incoming travel requests, including cost estimation and trip approval
- Booking requested services through a booking system or via phone and email
- Completion of itineraries
- Analyzing surveys from travelers, implementing improvements
- Solving issues, requesting refunds or writing complaints (if necessary)
- Administration of provided bookings, preparing documentation for accounting
- Front office and general office management - event planning, administration, providing support for finance department
