Job description, responsibilities and duties

Purpose of the Position
Support the Bratislava Travel Management team with booking of business travels. Participate in the roll-out of Travelperk tool and the integration of other locations.

Main Tasks

  • Processing incoming travel requests, including cost estimation and trip approval
  • Booking requested services through a booking system or via phone and email
  • Completion of itineraries 
  • Analyzing surveys from travelers, implementing improvements
  • Solving issues, requesting refunds or writing complaints (if necessary)
  • Administration of provided bookings, preparing documentation for accounting
  • Front office and general office management - event planning, administration, providing support for finance department

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
