Right now, we are looking for a motivated UI/UX Designer to join our small design team of other UX professionals to build and deliver intuitive products that our customers love.
We need someone we can trust and count on, not necessarily years of experience. So, if you are relatively new to UX but have a firm understanding of user centered product design and delivery and feel ready to be challenged then don’t be discouraged from applying. We expect you to deliver a sound and thorough understanding of core UX competencies to help us enhance the user-experience of our products.
As you will be working across multiple projects for our different products you’ll be expected to think outside the box and propose functional and simple to use solutions that help our customers to achieve their goals quickly, easily and without frustration. Furthermore, having knowledge of the following is going to allow you fit into the role effectively.
- Knowledge of building and maintaining design systems.
- A strong understanding of the fundamentals of visual design.
- We work daily with Figma and Axure but having knowledge of other UX tools such as InVision, Adobe XD or Sketch will be a great asset.
- Having the ability to be able to sketch user and process flows, communicate design decisions with key stakeholders and present research findings.
- Having the ability to both organize, conduct and follow-up results of user research and usability testing.
- Fully understand design-thinking and the ability to run design-thinking workshops.
- A high-level English speaker. We use English daily during our meetings, stand ups and day-to-day communication.
- We expect a high-level of detail and the ability to follow certain conventions and rules from internal UI guidelines.
- An open minded, communicative and ambitious person ready to be challenged!
