About position

Do you really understand what good user experience is?

Are you passionate about bringing your intuition and curiosity into market leading products?

If so, then you are the person we are looking for.

Right now, we are looking for a motivated UI/UX Designer to join our small design team of other UX professionals to build and deliver intuitive products that our customers love.

We need someone we can trust and count on, not necessarily years of experience. So, if you are relatively new to UX but have a firm understanding of user centered product design and delivery and feel ready to be challenged then don’t be discouraged from applying. We are looking for a positive attitude and commitment.

What you can expect

You’ll be working alongside two highly experienced UX designers who care about bringing UX to the forefront at Kistler.

To begin with you’ll be given a full overview of our design system so you know what UI is needed for each of our different products. You’ll have the chance to contribute and take part in building a complex design system that makes our stakeholders lives much easier whilst also growing your own skillset in visual product design.

Secondly you can expect to be involved in conducting usability interviews and testing and getting to understand our customers/products better. You’ll also be creating design flows/wireframes and building relationships with product managers, developers and senior management.

Within a few months you’ll be a fully active member of our team and we will be relying on you to help us further evangelize UX processes and design by leading design thinking workshops and spreading knowledge of professional practices and methodologies.
