SCRUM Master

Purpose of the Position

Work as servant leader for the Scrum team with focus on facilitating of Scrum framework implementation within Scrum team and wider organization.

Main Tasks

• Implement and adapt Kistler software development process (SDP) in cooperation with PM

and PO

• Help PO and PM with techniques for communicating the product vision and the intended

use of the project

• Help PO and development team with techniques for effective Product Backlog management
• Ensure the transparency and visibility of team's progress, obstacles and successes to all

stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself

• Coach the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Promote ownership for tasks and responsibilities in the team
• Help remove impediments to both progress and the application of Scrum
• Work as mediator to manage interpersonal conflicts within the development Team
• Support and facilitate unambiguous and timely communication between business and technical participants in the project
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
