Scrum master with technical background (external contract - app. 20 hours/weekly)

At Kistler we are looking for a Scrum Master who will support one of our projects as a part time external consultant (50%).

We are looking for a long-term cooperation but the initial contract is for 6 months. The contract will be prolonged upon mutual agreement.


You will be mainly responsible for:

• Helping to apply Scrum properly and effectively within the Scrum team
• Planning the features of the next project milestone in collaboration and agreement with the Product Owner and with the SW development team
• Understanding the requirements of the application and the needs of the business
• Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
• Managing impediments, eliminating waste, managing the team's health and the team self-organization
• Ensuring the transparency and visibility of the team's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself
• Supporting and facilitating unambiguous and timely communication between business and technical participants in the project, bridging eventual gaps between different teams and stakeholders
