Software Project Manager/ Scrum Master

 

 

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher - depending on the skills, level, education, professional experience, technological know-how.


We are creating next generation of vehicle weight measurement system for free flow traffic deployment. Your main responsibilities will be :

 

• Cooperation and alignment with Project group Leaders in area of project timelines and budgeting
• Cooperation with Product Owner in area of business requirements and priorities
• Facilitate project leadership and steering for local development team
• Maintain project roadmap, plan scope and monitor progress of milestones
• Prepare project reports and KPIs for project steering board on regular bases
• Organize project releases, including documentation
• Suggest and implement improvements of Agile practices
• Guide development team towards self-organization and cross-functionality
• Ensure transparency and visibility of team's progress to all project stakeholders
• Help remove impediments for the team
• Support and facilitate unambiguous and timely communication within project
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
