Scrum Master with technical background

The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher -  depending on the skills, level, education,  professional experience, technological know-how.



We are creating generic measurement system based on microservices. We would appreciate a help of an experienced Scrum Master coming from a software development area, who wants to be actively involved in the development as well. Besides Scrum Master work we offer you wide possibilities of areas in which you can support the project - from the automated testing based on Python, through backend or frontend development to devOps activities, depending on your background. You will be mainly responsible for:

• Coordinating of SW developers in Slovakia in the role of Scrum master
• Planning the features of the next project milestone in collaboration and agreement with the Product Owner and with the SW development team
• Understanding the requirements of the application and needs of business
• Managing impediments, eliminating waste, managing the team's health, team self-organization
• Ensuring the transparency and visibility of team's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders, Product Owner, including the team itself
• Supporting and facilitating unambiguous and timely communication between business and technical participants in the project, bridging eventual gaps between different teams and stakeholders 
• Actively contributing to the software architecture and development, or development of testing environment or devOps activities
