The salary in the job add is a minimal guaranteed base salary and can be higher -  depending on the skills, level, education,  professional experience, technological know-how.

Would you like to be a new member of our Internal Marketing agency and be responsible for managing, optimizing and analyzing of global e-mail marketing campaigns?

Then this is the right opportunity for you! As our new E-MAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST you will manage the execution and measurement of all marketing and retention campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Create e-mail marketing campaign to promote Kistler products or services
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects
• Understand campaign logic and leads flow through different email campaigns
• Support the peer groups (campaign management and channel marketing) in planning and executing upon e-mail and newsletter campaigns
• Work proactively and develops concepts, analysis and optimizes self-reliantly
• Prepare self-dependent presentations from outcomes, reporting’s and analyses
• Continuously optimize workflows and procedures, search for new ways of increasing responses and conversion rates
• Testing and targeting: improve usability and content relevance through multivariate and A/B tests, segmentation, targeting and automated personalization
• Recommend new ideas and innovations, including technical functionality available via vendor, to grow and improve the email channel
