On this position you will act as a support in accounting and controlling area for our local Finance Manager and your main tasks will cover:


• AP – maintain a register, prepare accounting entries and posting in SAP
• Petty cash – maintain a register, prepare documents and postings in SAP
• Business trips – liquidation of BT, postings in SAP, prepare reimbursements of BT
• Lunch vouchers – evidence, posting in SAP
• AR - prepare supporting files for monthly billing, prepare accounting entries and posting in SAP
• Bank statements – prepare accounting entries and posting in SAP
• VAT reports and statistics
• Monthly reporting and forecasting
• Additional operative administrative tasks

Personality requirements and skills

• University degree / Business Academy
• Ideally 2 years of experience with complex accounting
• Familiar with Slovak tax regulations
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - advanced
• SAP knowledge would be very welcomed
• English language - intermediate
• Good analytical skills
• Organized and structured
• Positive attitude
• The position suitable also for a candidate looking for a part time job, but not for a student
