Here in Kistler Bratislava we are looking for communicative, proactive and well-organized MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT for our Top Management in Switzerland. This job opportunity is designed for full-time unlimited contract. If you are fluent English & German speaker and you enjoy work in fast-changing environment this might be a great opportunity for you.

Your main tasks will cover these areas of responsibilities:

  • Daily support of the top management located in Winterthur, Switzerland
  • Translation of intern documents from German to English and vice versa
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English language
  • Visual editing of PowerPoint presentations for the top management
  • Research in the area of mergers and acquisitions
  • Monitoring of mergers and acquisitions
  • Administration of Intergrated Management System
  • Support with creation of financial reports and documents
  • Dealing with ad hoc tasks from the company’ s top management

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative function
  • One year of experience abroad (work or study)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of analytical thinking
  • Excellent written German
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Familiarity with financial lexicon
  • Ability to work in a structured and organized way
