E-Learning & Training Material Specialist

In Kistler we are looking for somebody who would like to take care of our E-learning and Training Materials.
Because we are Swiss Company, it is not gonna be just for us in Bratislava but for all Kistler employees globally. So to be on this position you need to have active knowledge of German and English languages.

Also, it will be great for us to have somebody who is interested in visualizing materials, creating graphs, selecting pictures... who will shape the e-learning courses and give them structure so it is educative, but also who will make it creative and easy to learn :)

So, on this position you will support the corporate Talent Management & Training department in Switzerland in all visual design and content layout matters.

The tasks in the areas of E-Learning Design and Training Implementation conclude:

• Edit training materials and presentations
• Transform raw materials (story board in Word/PPT) from the headquarters into online courses
• Develop e-learning courses using e-learning authoring software (Articulate)
• Take visual design and content layout decisions
• Upload and test e-learning courses to system
