We offer to a successful candidate position as a Student Associate in one of the leading law firm in the region with continuous learning and extensive skills development.
This vacancy is preferably open for students of law who are now in 2nd, 3rd or 4th year of their studies.
Your role will involve providing crucial support to our attorneys across diverse transactions, granting you firsthand experience and invaluable insights into the realm of legal profession.
Responsibilities will include:
• Drafting basic legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Conducting thorough internet research and accessing key legal resources to bolster our knowledge base.
• Facilitating communication with legal and state authorities to ensure seamless proceedings.
• Navigating and searching electronic databases for vital information retrieval (real estate register, commercial register, etc.).
• Preparation and electronic submission of forms for registration in the Commercial Register and Trade Register.
• Contributing to the enhancement of our internal know-how and library database through diligent updates and additions.
• Offering ad hoc administrative assistance to streamline operations.
We understand the demands of university life, and thus, we offer flexibility in working hours during exam periods to accommodate your academic commitments.
