Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently looking for an energetic, friendly, responsible and self-motivated person with an international outlook to join our Bratislava team as a Legal Secretary.
You will be responsible for ensuring delivery of the highest standards of administrative support and you will have the ability to deliver an exceptional quality of work under tight deadlines.

In this role, you will:
• Manage the delivery of complex tasks.
• Maintain and update the filing systems and archiving.
• Prepare documentation and assist in researching, compiling, proofreading and editing reports, presentations, organisation charts, correspondence, etc.
• Execute file management, diary management, document production, travel bookings.
• Financial management such as logging or processing bills or expenses, oversee recording of lawyers’ time and billings, etc.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

You must meet the following profile:
• Fluent written and spoken English
• High degree of IT literacy
• Well organised and great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Solution-focused and comfortable taking ownership of task and project delivery
• Smart, great communication skills, flexible and with an international mindset
• Prior volunteering experience (whether manual or skills-based) for non-profit sector is an advantage
